Book Deal Masterclass™ is an educational brand, course system, and digital training platform used in connection with writer education, publishing-preparation instruction, submission-packet development, agent-targeting systems, templates, tools, videos, written materials, and related digital products.

This Intellectual Property Notice explains the ownership, permitted uses, and restrictions that apply to the Book Deal Masterclass website, funnels, course materials, videos, downloads, frameworks, templates, systems, prompts, rubrics, branding, and related assets.

By accessing this website, purchasing a product, enrolling in a cohort, downloading materials, viewing videos, participating in live sessions, or using any Book Deal Masterclass materials, you agree to respect the intellectual property rights described below.

1. Ownership of Book Deal Masterclass Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated in writing, the website, funnels, course materials, curriculum, frameworks, prompts, rubrics, templates, worksheets, guides, downloads, videos, transcripts, graphics, page designs, sales materials, email sequences, brand assets, logos, taglines, visual designs, agent-research systems, submission-packet systems, and related intellectual property associated with Book Deal Masterclass are owned by or licensed to:

Book Deal Masterclass™ and related brand assets are used by Heart Transform Media LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company, under license or other authorized arrangement.

Course production, filming, editing, content creation, transcripts, creative assets, design assets, and related production services may be provided by HT Production & Consulting LLC, a Utah limited liability company, and/or other authorized contractors or affiliated service providers.

Those production, sales, marketing, or operating roles do not transfer ownership of the underlying intellectual property unless expressly stated in a written agreement.

2. Brand and Trademark Notice

Book Deal Masterclass™, together with any associated logos, slogans, taglines, design marks, course names, frameworks, and brand elements, are claimed as proprietary trademarks, service marks, trade names, or brand assets of Wyoming Secure Holdings LLC or its authorized affiliates.

The marks are used in connection with educational products, services, courses, digital content, publishing-preparation instruction, and related materials.

You may not use Book Deal Masterclass™, any confusingly similar name, logo, tagline, design element, or brand feature without prior written permission.

Nothing on this website grants you any ownership interest or license to use the Book Deal Masterclass name, logo, brand identity, course names, slogans, or related marks.

Important: Do not use the ® symbol unless and until a mark is federally registered. Use ™ for current public-facing materials unless counsel later advises otherwise.

If you access free or paid Book Deal Masterclass materials, you receive only a limited license to use those materials.

Subject to your compliance with our Terms of Use and any purchase terms, you are granted a limited, personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to access and use authorized materials for your own individual educational use.

This limited license allows you to use the materials for your own writing, learning, planning, and submission-preparation process.

This license does not give you ownership of the materials.

This license does not allow you to copy, sell, publish, distribute, teach, train, sublicense, resell, upload, share, scrape, repurpose, or commercially exploit Book Deal Masterclass materials.

5. Student Manuscripts and Student Creative Work

You retain ownership of your manuscript, book concept, original writing, and creative work that you bring into the program.

Book Deal Masterclass does not claim ownership of your manuscript or original book idea simply because you participate in a cohort, submit materials for feedback, use a template, or receive educational support.

However, Book Deal Masterclass, Wyoming Secure Holdings LLC, Heart Transform Media LLC, and their authorized affiliates retain ownership of all underlying course materials, templates, prompts, rubrics, systems, examples, processes, frameworks, worksheets, recordings, videos, transcripts, tools, and teaching methods used to support your work.

In plain English:

Your book is yours.

Your manuscript is yours.

Your original creative work is yours.

Our templates, systems, rubrics, prompts, videos, teaching methods, workflows, and course materials remain ours.

If you create a query letter, synopsis, comp analysis, agent list, positioning statement, or submission packet using Book Deal Masterclass materials, you may use your individualized final output for your own book submission process. You may not copy, sell, teach, publish, distribute, or repurpose the underlying Book Deal Masterclass templates, prompts, methods, worksheets, systems, or course materials.

6. Submission Packet Materials

Book Deal Masterclass is designed to help students build materials such as query letters, synopses, comps, target-market notes, positioning statements, submission trackers, agent lists, and related publishing-preparation documents.

Students may use their own individualized final submission materials for their own personal publishing efforts.

However, the structure, teaching method, worksheets, frameworks, prompts, scoring rubrics, packet-readiness systems, agent-research systems, tracker formats, examples, and instructional materials used to create those outputs remain protected intellectual property.

You may not use Book Deal Masterclass materials to create a competing course, coaching offer, writing workshop, publishing-consulting product, AI prompt library, agent-research service, template shop, or similar commercial product or service.

7. Prohibited Uses

Without prior written permission, you may not:

copy, reproduce, download, record, screenshot, republish, upload, post, transmit, distribute, or publicly display Book Deal Masterclass materials;

share login credentials, portal access, course recordings, downloads, worksheets, templates, prompts, or private links;

sell, license, rent, lease, sublicense, transfer, or commercially exploit any Book Deal Masterclass content;

use Book Deal Masterclass materials to teach, coach, train, consult, or provide services to others;

create derivative works, adaptations, summaries, guidebooks, competing products, template packs, prompt packs, or training materials based on Book Deal Masterclass content;

scrape, crawl, harvest, mine, index, mirror, archive, or extract website content, course content, student materials, or platform data;

use bots, spiders, automated scripts, screen-recording tools, bulk download tools, or similar technologies to access or copy materials;

reverse engineer, decompile, bypass, interfere with, or attempt to access protected systems, pages, portals, automations, prompts, tools, or workflows;

use Book Deal Masterclass materials for AI training, machine learning, model development, synthetic dataset creation, prompt-library creation, dataset extraction, or automated content generation;

remove copyright notices, trademark notices, watermarks, metadata, ownership notices, or restrictions from any materials;

use Book Deal Masterclass branding, logo, tagline, images, or trade dress in a way that suggests affiliation, endorsement, partnership, or ownership;

use another student’s manuscript, book idea, packet materials, comments, examples, or creative work without permission.

8. No AI Training or Dataset Use

Book Deal Masterclass materials may not be used to train, fine-tune, evaluate, benchmark, improve, or develop any artificial intelligence system, machine learning model, language model, dataset, prompt library, chatbot, writing assistant, publishing tool, agent-research tool, or automated service.

This restriction applies to all course materials, transcripts, videos, prompts, worksheets, examples, rubrics, frameworks, templates, downloads, emails, pages, agent-research systems, and related materials.

You may not upload Book Deal Masterclass materials into AI tools for the purpose of creating competing products, extracting frameworks, generating derivative training materials, or reproducing the course system.

Students may use authorized materials for their own individual learning and book-submission preparation only, subject to our Terms and any specific AI Use Policy.

9. Course Recordings, Live Sessions, and Transcripts

All live sessions, course recordings, webinar recordings, training videos, audio, transcripts, chat logs, slides, handouts, and related materials are protected intellectual property.

You may not record, download, transcribe, summarize for distribution, share, repost, sell, or publish live sessions or recordings without written permission.

If recordings are provided, they are provided only for authorized student access and personal review during the permitted access period.

10. Templates, Prompts, Rubrics, and Systems

Book Deal Masterclass templates, prompts, rubrics, trackers, checklists, frameworks, workflows, agent-research tools, submission-readiness systems, and packet-development methods are proprietary.

These materials are not generic public-domain materials merely because they relate to query letters, synopses, publishing, agents, submissions, or book proposals.

You may use authorized templates and tools for your own manuscript and your own submission process.

You may not copy, sell, teach, distribute, repurpose, or use these materials to build or support a competing service, course, workshop, consulting offer, writing program, AI tool, prompt library, or publishing-preparation product.

11. Third-Party Materials

Some materials used on this website or in the course may include licensed, embedded, referenced, or third-party content, including but not limited to software, fonts, images, music, stock assets, platform tools, embedded videos, examples, logos, publication references, book covers, agent/publication references, or other third-party materials.

All third-party materials remain the property of their respective owners.

No ownership claim is made over third-party intellectual property except to the extent of applicable license rights, fair use, nominative use, educational reference, or other lawful use.

12. Student Feedback, Testimonials, and Suggestions

If you submit feedback, testimonials, reviews, comments, suggestions, survey responses, or ideas about Book Deal Masterclass, you grant us permission to use that feedback for business, improvement, marketing, and operational purposes, subject to applicable law and any separate written agreement.

We will not intentionally publish your manuscript, book idea, unpublished creative work, full name, likeness, book title, or identifiable publishing details in public marketing without permission.

Anonymized or generalized feedback may be used internally to improve the program, customer experience, curriculum, or operations.

13. Enforcement and Access Revocation

We reserve the right to monitor access, investigate suspected misuse, restrict accounts, revoke access, remove materials, issue takedown requests, pursue payment recovery, and seek all available legal and equitable remedies for unauthorized use, infringement, misappropriation, scraping, account sharing, AI training, or other misuse.

Access may be suspended or revoked without refund if we believe you have violated this Intellectual Property Notice, our Terms of Use, purchase terms, or other applicable policies.

All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

14. Permissions and Licensing Requests

Requests for permission, licensing, media use, excerpt use, educational use, affiliate use, or commercial use must be submitted in writing.

If there is a conflict between this Intellectual Property Notice and a signed written agreement, the signed written agreement controls to the extent of the conflict.
